(“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information when you install, register for, or use BrisaHub, our Android social application distributed through Google Play. BrisaHub enables content discovery, user matching, messaging, voice and video interaction, and profile management. By creating an account or continuing to use the app after this date, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.
Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights regarding your personal data or personal information. This section summarizes key rights and U.S. state notices. Additional detail appears in later sections of this Policy.

This is distinct from ordinary service-provider processing that stays within contractual limits. BrisaHub requests Android device permissions only when a feature you choose requires them. Permissions are not used in the background for unrelated purposes. You may revoke permissions through Android system settings; some features will stop working if you do.
Purpose: Capture a new profile photo when you choose “take photo,” and transmit live video during video chat sessions you initiate.
Trigger: The permission prompt appears when you tap to photograph an avatar or enter an active video chat—not at app launch and not while browsing feeds or matches.
Background usage: Camera access is not used in the background. We do not silently record, photograph, or stream video when you are not in an authorized capture or video-chat session.
Withdrawal: Disable Camera for BrisaHub in Android Settings. Avatar capture and video chat will be unavailable until re-enabled.
Purpose: Record voice messages you send in chat and capture audio during video calls you join.
Trigger: Microphone access is requested when you press record for a voice message or enter a video chat you start or accept.
Background usage: Microphone access is not used in the background. We do not ambient-listen, continuously record, or monitor audio outside explicit user-initiated recording or active calls.
Withdrawal: Disable Microphone in Android Settings. Voice messages and call audio will not function until restored.
Purpose: Let you select images from device storage for profile photos, chat attachments, or other media you explicitly choose to share.
Trigger: Access is requested when you tap options such as “choose from gallery,” “send image,” or “change avatar” from album.
Scope: We read only the specific files you select through the system picker or scoped storage APIs. We do not scan your entire media library or upload unselected files.
Background usage: Photos and media access is not used in the background. No automatic gallery synchronization occurs.
Withdrawal: Revoke Photos and videos or related media permissions in Android Settings. Image-based features will be limited accordingly.
Purpose: Support reading and writing media files you explicitly select or save within scoped storage rules on supported Android versions, including caching attachments for display and temporary processing.
Trigger: Invoked in connection with sending, receiving, or saving user-selected media consistent with Android storage policies.
Background usage: Storage access is limited to user-initiated flows and necessary app operation; we do not bulk-read unrelated files in the background.
Withdrawal: Adjust storage permissions in Android Settings. Some media send/receive paths may fail without appropriate access.
We collect information from you, from your device, and from your use of BrisaHub. Categories below reflect our Google Play data safety disclosures and actual product behavior.
When you create an account, we collect identifiers and credentials needed to authenticate you, such as email address, account ID, display name, password (stored in hashed form), and profile fields you provide. Account creation is required to use core social features.

BrisaHub offers subscriptions (details vary by in-app product listing). Transaction status, subscription tier, renewal dates, and purchase tokens may be processed to deliver paid features. Payment processing is handled through Google Play’s billing system; we do not receive full payment card numbers.
If you contact us, we process the content of your message and contact details to respond.
We do not request location permissions for core browsing or matching. We do not access contacts unless a future feature explicitly requests it and this Policy is updated. No third-party advertising SDK list was provided for this release; we describe processor categories generically in the Sharing Matrix.

We use infrastructure and analytics partners under contracts that limit use to our instructions. They may access data only to perform hosting, content delivery, logging, crash analysis, and related technical operations.

BrisaHub supports account creation. Registration requires an email or equivalent identifier and a password. You may update profile information in the personal center. Account deletion may be initiated through in-app settings where available; you may also request deletion by emailing angeluedickalker@gmail.com. Paid subscriptions are offered through Google Play. We receive subscription status from Google to unlock features. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

BrisaHub is intended only for users aged 18 and above. The app is not directed to children. During onboarding, you may be asked to confirm that you meet the minimum age; we do not operate a separate in-app age verification system beyond that initial confirmation.
If you are under 18, do not register or use BrisaHub. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to belong to underage users.
Access to social features requires account creation. Certain browsing limitations may apply before registration depending on product configuration, but interactive features generally require an authenticated account.
BrisaHub does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Our age policy is 18+ only; no in-app age verification beyond initial user confirmation. Intended audience: Users aged 18 and above.
